WRITTEN BY Declan Burke
LAST UPDATED ON

Spotted a mistake, an outdated bonus, or had a Visa or Mastercard deposit declined at a casino we recommend? We want to hear about it. Every message is read by the editorial team and we aim to reply within two working days.

How to Reach Us

Enquiry Where to send it Response time
Corrections and factual errors [email protected] 1–2 working days
Declined card deposits and approval-rate reports [email protected] (subject: Card report) 2 working days
Casino suggestions for testing [email protected] 2 working days
Partnership and media enquiries [email protected] (subject: Partnership) 2–3 working days
Privacy and data requests [email protected] (subject: Privacy) Within 30 days (UK GDPR)

A clear subject line speeds things up considerably. If your message concerns a specific page or offer, include the link and a screenshot where possible. If you are reporting a declined deposit, tell us the casino, the card network and who issued the card — never the card number.

What We Can Help With

  • Corrections — outdated welcome bonuses, changed withdrawal limits, dead links, licence changes, casinos that have quietly dropped Amex or card support.
  • Card deposit reports — which issuers blocked a transaction and which cleared. This feeds directly into the approval rates we publish.
  • Suggestions for operators you would like to see tested and added to our comparisons.
  • Questions about our testing methodology, scoring and how rankings are decided.
  • General questions about how offshore licences, MCC 7995 coding, KYC or GamStop work in practice.
  • Press, content and commercial enquiries.

What We Cannot Help With

We are an independent review site, not a casino, bank, card issuer or regulator. We have no access to player accounts, balances or transactions at any operator:

  • Withdrawals, closed accounts or voided bonuses — contact the operator's own support first. If that fails, escalate to its licensing authority (Curaçao Gaming Authority, Malta Gaming Authority or Anjouan Gaming Authority) or an independent mediator such as eCOGRA or IBAS.
  • Cash advance fees and interest charges — these are applied by your card issuer, not the casino. Only your bank can explain or reverse them.
  • Bank gambling blocks — if your issuer blocks gambling transactions on a credit account, we cannot lift that. Nor would we try.
  • Chargebacks — we cannot advise on disputing a gambling transaction. Raising one typically ends in account closure and payment blacklisting; speak to your issuer directly.
  • Identity verification (KYC) — handled entirely by the operator.
  • GamStop registration or removal — that is managed at gamstop.co.uk. We cannot lift, bypass or influence a self-exclusion.
  • Tax questions — speak to HMRC or a qualified accountant.
  • Gambling harm or debt — please contact the professionals: GamCare on 0808 8020 133 (free, 24/7), BeGambleAware, or StepChange for free debt advice.

Reporting an Error

Card acceptance, bonus terms and payout limits change constantly, and we do not always catch every update the day it happens. Send us the page link and what looks wrong. Verified errors are corrected as soon as we can confirm them, and the last-updated date on the page is refreshed so you can see when the information was last checked.

Partnerships and Advertising

We fund the site through affiliate commission and disclose that openly. What we do not do is sell ranking positions, publish operator-written reviews or remove criticism on request. Enquiries that start there will be declined politely. Everything else is welcome — write to us with "Partnership" in the subject line.

Privacy

We use the details you send only to answer your message and never pass them to casinos or other third parties. Please do not send card numbers, CVV codes, account numbers, passwords or copies of your passport — we have no use for them and will never ask. See our privacy policy for the full picture.
